Kaleshwaram:  Temple of the Hindu God Lord Shiva. The Temple is significant because of the Two Shiva Lingas that are found on a single pedestal. These Linga are named Lord Shiva and Lord Yama. Collectively, they known as Kaleshwara Mukteswara Swamy. Kaleshwaram is one of three Shiva temples mentioned in Trilinga Desham, or “Lord of Three Lingas”.

Vemulawada:   This Temple of Lord Shiva in the form of Raja Rajeshwara Swamy is very famous in this part of region. The presiding deity of the temple is Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy who is locally popular as Rajanna who is adorned on both the sides by the idol of Sri Raja Rajeshwari Devi on the right side and the left is the idol of Sri Laxmi Sahitha Siddi Vinayaka. The residing deity Lord Raja Rajeshwara in the form of “Neela Lohitha Siva Lingam” is known for his boundless benevolence in fulfilling the wishes of the devotees. This shrine is popularly known as “Dakshina Kasi” and also as “Harihara Kshetram” for their being two Vaishnava temples in main temple complex i.e., Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple & Sri Seetharama Chandra Swamy Temple. Pilgrims do divine bath in a holy tank called ‘Dharma Gundam’, before proceeding for darshan and these holy waters is believed to have medicinal properties.
