Terms and Conditions

·       Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year, Diwali, Pushkar fair etc.

·      Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.

·        A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.

·      For Extra adult in the room, we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.

·  Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.

·  Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

·        Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination

·   Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.

·  Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.

·      Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.

·    All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.

· Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.

·   All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary

·   It is not advisable to travel in night time, if necessary, supplement charges applicable.

·     Maybe you have to start journey early in the morning cause of same day Darshan.

·       Early journey may become cause of breakfast loss.

· We charged only specified night accommodation; extra night stay will be on direct payment basis in case of Helicopter Darshan guest have to stay in Guptkashi or nearby places.

·   The Helicopter will carry 4 passengers at a time.

·  Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted for Helicopter journey

·      In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions / technical reason then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of utilized sectors.

·   Supplement cost (If guest want any add on Service must be Informed at the time of Booking)

·      Nathula pass (Monday closed): Rs.6,000.00 + 5% GST (March to June & October to December) / Rs.5,000.00 + 5% GST (For rest of the Year) per car It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir Excursion.

·    Toy Train Joy Ride (Darjeeling): Vehicle charges +Ticket Price + Service charge + GST Per Person on the day of Darjeeling local sightseeing will be charged.

NOTE

·        The above costs are valid for Indian nationals only.

·        Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).

·        We need Guest Name & Arrival / Departure details to process your booking.

·        Baba Mandir is new baba mandir.

·        Permit require for Tsomgo Lake/ New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card - Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.

·        As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir. Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.

·        Normally we are not suggestible double service in this winter season, as the day time is shorter than the summer time. If the guest will do double service and all the spots will not be completed due to time shortage of time, we are not responsible for that. All sightseeing places are maintaining timing for closing. So, this is our suggestion not to avail double services in single day or to start early morning.

CHILD POLICY

·        Child Below 05 yrs complimentary

·        Child 5 -10 yrs. without extra bed as mention in cost column CNB (Child no Bed)

·        Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per.

ABOUT VEHICLE

·        We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.

·        Non a/c Wagon-R for 1-3 Pax including child for North East states

·        Sedan vehicle for 1-3 Pax including child for other areas.

·        Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.

·        If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided for North East as per availability.

·        Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.

·        Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the hotel.

·        Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.

·        In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver For Luxury Vehicles

·        Please note that this Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio/Xylo/Innova) will be provided to the guest for the complete tour. The vehicle changes every day/Sector wise & will be on contract as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal. Also, while opting for Luxury Vehicle please informs the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be directly paid by the guest on the spot. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adult & children) will be allowed in a Scorpio/Xylo/Innova. AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.

·        A maximum 06 Pax including children are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova with maximum luggage 5-6 medium size baggage in a vehicle. In case the number of heads traveling increases or the guests are carrying more luggage, then the guest will have to take another additional vehicle at a supplement cost or pay directly for the extra vehicle.

ABOUT TRANSFERS

·        Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.

·        All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.

·        If there is any late arrival at Railway station/Airport, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.

·        Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.

·        The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.

·        We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.

·        As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.

·        If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if they want to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.

·        If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive 2 days before, after that no changes are allowed.

PAYMENT POLICY

·        Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.

·        Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date

·        Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date

·        Payment Mode by Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card /Google Pay / PhonePe / through CC Avenue payment link (Additional charges applicable)
