On arrival our representative will welcome you at Bangalore Railway Station and drive to Chikmagalur. It is a small and serene town boasting of hills, valleys, and the aroma of coffee floating in the misty air. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, take a road trip to Belur to visit the famous Chennakeshava temple. Later, return back to Chikmagalur.

Post breakfast in the morning, Hirekolale Lake - Hirekolale Lake is a beautiful manmade lake amidst beauty and surrounded by high mountains. The famous hills of Mullayanagiri can be viewed from here. This lake was built to supply water to Chikmagalur town and irrigation of lands in surrounding villages. Hirekolale Lake is one of the top well knownplaces of interest in Chikmagalur. Mullayanagiri - located in the highest peak in Karnataka with an altitude of 1950 meters. Regarded as the highest peak between Himalayas and Nilgiris, Mullayanagiri is one of the best treks in Karnataka and among the top trekking places to visit in Chikmagalur. The peak gets its name from a small temple at the summit, which is dedicated to a Tapasvi Mullappa swamy, who is believed to have meditated at the cave near the summit. For adventure enthusiasts, the location offers an opportunity to engage in activities like mountain biking, trekking and road biking. Being the highest peak in Karnataka. Kavikal Gandi Viewpoint - Located on Mullayanagiri - Baba Budangiri road, Kavikal Gandi is a prominent hill viewpoint in Chikmagalur region. There is a check post on the road. The horse shoe viewpoint can be easily reached by climbing up about 50 steps from this check post. There is a small idol of Hanuman at the foot of the hill. Atop the hill, someone has recently drawn a painting of Swami Vivekananda. This hill is always windy and pleasant. From the viewpoint one can get a breathtaking view of Chandra Drona mountain range. Dinner at homestay/resort.

Booking Amount And Final Payment:

We require a minimum deposit as booking amounts as per the below chart per person at the time of booking.
Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable, non-transferable and interest free amounts.
Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s
we must be notifed of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Foreign Exchange:

Foreign Exchange utilization for the purpose of Land arrangements/ self use will be done from the individual BTQ Quota only.
Payments will be accepted in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by Reserve Bank of India.
You shall be required to provide such KYC documents as may be requested by Travel Tours at the time of booking/ receiving the booking amounts.

Booking Amendments :

If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 40 days prior to the departure date.
