On arrival our representative will welcome you at Bangalore Railway Station and drive to Sakleshpur, a hill station town lies in the Malnad region on the wonderful hills of the biodiversity hotspot of the Western Ghats. Sakleshpur is a perfect weekend spot to enjoy the sound of swaying trees and chirping birds, the sight of the misty hills in the distance and the aroma of coffee wafting in the air. On arrival at Sakleshpur, check in to the homestay/resort. After lunch, relax at homestay/resort. Then enjoy the mountains covered in mist; clouds hanging at a distance you could almost touch it surroundings, participate various activities at homestay/resort. Dinner at homestay/resort.

After Breakfast will proceed to guided Trekking to 6 stages of Hadlu water falls. Post which recharge with lunch. From 02:00 PM - 7 PM: Trekking to Murkan Gudda peak & Swimming with life jackets in man-made lake. At 8.00 PM: Bonfire & Music. Dinner and retire for the day.

Booking Amount And Final Payment:

We require a minimum deposit as booking amounts as per the below chart per person at the time of booking.
Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable, non-transferable and interest free amounts.
Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s
we must be notifed of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Foreign Exchange:

Foreign Exchange utilization for the purpose of Land arrangements/ self use will be done from the individual BTQ Quota only.
Payments will be accepted in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by Reserve Bank of India.
You shall be required to provide such KYC documents as may be requested by Travel Tours at the time of booking/ receiving the booking amounts.

Booking Amendments :

If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 40 days prior to the departure date.
